finding a skip who gave false info?

im a recovery agent out of toledo ohio i could use some help on how to find a skip who gave all false info and is a exp scam artist she has a 20 page credit report 4 ss# and all her contact info was false they disabled the gps system if you have any suggestions please post them. :?:

Stop looking for the skip and look for associates/relatives of the skip. If you have a legit reason for skipping the person you should be able to get your hands on an application. Get reference names and start skipping them. It's much easier to find someone who isn't hiding:)
