PENDLETON – A Varysburg repo man’s tactics for repossessing a truck crossed the line recently, leading to his arrest at a Robinson Road horse farm, Niagara County Sheriff’s deputies said..
James L. Frost, 27, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass and second-degree harassment following an incident at the farm Thursday afternoon. The owner of the property accused Frost of entering a locked barn on the property in an attempt to get to the truck, and said the Varysburg man drove his truck into a gate and garage door.
The report said the victim was hit by the truck but there was no indication of injury.
