Woman shoots at repo man, police say —A Harrisburg woman is under arrest after she took a shot at a man trying to repossess her car, police say.
The incident happened around 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday on the first block of North 18th Street. Police said officers with the street crimes unit heard a gunshot. When they responded the area it came from, they found a person who told them he had been shot at.
"He related that he works for a repossession company. He was repossessing a vehicle that was associated with (Stephanie) Rodriguez-Hernandez. Once the vehicle was being removed from the front of the house, Rodriguez-Hernandez fired one round at him striking the vehicle that was being towed," a police news release states.
Officers detained Rodriguez-Hernandez on her porch and searched the residence. Police said they found the following:
Rodriguez-Hernandez is charged with criminal attempted homicide, receiving stolen property, possession with intent to distribute heroin and other charges.
